RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The Stinky Boots team is constantly investing in policies to ensure that our customers always leave satisfied. If you are not satisfied with our products, You can return it to us within 30 calendar days after receiving it. The following conditions must be observed:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  2. The product must be returned without any signs of use or consumption, i.e., in the condition it was received.
  3. The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals, and all accompanying accessories.

IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not respected.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN:

Send an email to contact@stinkyboots.co.uk and provide the following information:

  1. Product name.
  2. Order number.
  3. Email registered with the purchase.
  4. Reason for exchange or return.
  5. IMAGE OR VIDEO THAT PROVES THE DEFECT, IF ANY.

Once all issues regarding the product return are confirmed, we will provide you with the address for the product return and reimburse you for the amount paid for the product and shipping.

REFUND METHODS:

  1. Credit card refund: This refund may appear on your credit card statement within two billing cycles after the completion of the return by the payment gateway.

  2. Bank transfer (TED) – Transfer to the customer’s account, which can be processed within 10 business days after the return confirmation. TRANSFERS CANNOT BE MADE TO THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS.
